Work-Life Balance 2021–2025: Dampak Tekanan Ekonomi dan Teknologi terhadap Kelelahan (Burnout) pada Pekerja
Abstract
This study explores how work-life balance changes between 2021 and 2025 and examines the influence of increasing economic pressures and digital work demands on burnout among workers. Using a descriptive qualitative approach through literature synthesis, policy reports, and thematic interpretation of contemporary workplace phenomena, the research identifies significant shifts in work patterns influenced by remote work, high performance expectations, and digital surveillance. Findings reveal that economic instability, rising living costs, and technological acceleration contribute to prolonged working hours, reduced restorative time, blurred boundaries between personal and professional life, and heightened emotional exhaustion. This study emphasizes the importance of organizational policies that promote healthy work-life integration, psychological well-being, and responsible technology use in the workplace.
